Parkin Properties was commissioned by Mr. William Nyakwada to undertake the Proposed Construction of a Commercial and Residential Development in Utawala. This mixed-use project, valued at 30.7 million KES, commenced on 23rd March 2023 and reached completion on 2nd May 2025. By integrating both commercial and residential spaces into a single structural framework, our team focused on maximizing the property’s utility and revenue potential. This project demonstrates our versatility in managing complex builds that require a balance between high-traffic retail functionality and comfortable, private living environments, all while adhering to rigorous safety and architectural standards.
