This residential project, with a contract sum of 10 million KES, commenced on 18th January 2025 and was completed on a fast-track schedule by 28th June 2025.
Our team managed the full structural execution of the four-bedroom home, ensuring that the double-storey design balanced spacious interior living with the specific topographic requirements of the Gatanga region.
