Parkin Properties successfully spearheaded the vertical expansion of the PCEA Umoja Church in Nairobi, managing the complex addition of three new floors onto the existing structure. Commencing on 1st April 2022 and reaching completion by 6th March 2023, this 27 million KES project demonstrated our technical expertise in structural reinforcement and seamless architectural integration. By delivering this significant capacity increase within an 11-month timeframe, we ensured the church could better serve its growing congregation while maintaining the highest safety and building standards.
